Baily is a dedicated and compassionate social worker who has vast experience working in the human services field since 2015. She started her journey working with families involved in the child welfare system and has since developed her skills working with a wide range of clients. She has a passion for working with children and youth, parents, guardians and couples as well as families as a whole. She has experience working with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression and grief. She also specializes in family struggles including parent and teen conflict, coparenting situations and divorce and separation.

Baily believes in the importance of building a strong relationship with clients and focuses on building strong connections through the therapeutic process.
